Civil Appeals: Extensive experience in many different types of civil appeals (business, real estate, estates, and family law cases), including procedural appeals (summary judgments and motions to strike pleadings).
Business Litigation: Partnership and joint venture disputes, shareholders’ and creditors’ rights and remedies, bankruptcy applications and discharges, employment and consulting contracts, sales and leasing contracts, product liability claims, and negligence claims against stockbrokers, financial advisors, lawyers and other professionals.
Real Estate Litigation: Purchase and sale disputes, boundary disputes, mortgage enforcement and relief from foreclosure and sale, partition and sale applications, claims against real estate agents, fraudulent conveyance actions, and landlord and tenant disputes.
Estate Litigation: Will challenges, power of attorney disputes, mental incompetency applications, and passing of accounts.
Wills and Estates: Drafting wills and powers of attorney, and administration of estates (including probate applications).
Family Law and Divorce: Divorce and annulment, property disputes, child and spousal support, custody and access.
